1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of vegas-buster.com and any picks, content, community access, or services we provide (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Vegas Buster LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
2. You must be 21 or older
The Service is intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older who are located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal. By using the Service you represent that you meet those requirements. We may terminate access immediately if we believe you do not.
3. This is information and entertainment — nothing more
Everything we publish is opinion and analysis for entertainment purposes only. Specifically:
- We are not a sportsbook and we do not accept, place, or broker wagers.
- We are not a licensed financial, investment, or tax advisor, and nothing we publish is financial advice.
- We do not guarantee any result, outcome, profit, or win rate. Any past performance we publish does not predict future results.
- Every decision to place a wager is yours alone, made with your own money, at your own risk.
4. Your responsibility for local law
Gambling laws differ by state, country, and locality. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you are. The Service is void where prohibited.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Whop. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change, but not for a billing period you have already paid.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Your account and access
Paid content, including private community access, is licensed to you personally. You may not share, resell, republish, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise distribute our picks or content to non-members. Doing so terminates your access immediately without refund.
7. Community conduct
In any community space we run, don’t harass other members, don’t post others’ personal information, don’t promote your own services or solicit members, and don’t encourage anyone to bet beyond their means. We can remove anyone at any time for any reason.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses of any kind, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the [three (3)] months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Buster LLC and its owners and operators from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your wagers, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — picks, written analysis, branding, and the site itself — is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view it. Nothing more.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to that jurisdiction. [Ask your lawyer whether you want an arbitration clause and a class-action waiver here — many subscription businesses do.]
