1. Who we are

This policy explains what Vegas Buster (“we,” “us”) does with your information when you use vegas-buster.com. Questions: support@vegas-buster.com.

2. What we collect

Email address — when you sign up for the free play or a paid plan.
Account and payment details — handled by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.
Community identifiers — if you join our Discord, your Discord username and ID, so we can grant and remove access.
Basic usage data — pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, collected through analytics if enabled.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

3. Why we use it

To deliver the picks and content you signed up for.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To grant and revoke access to member-only spaces.
To send you the emails you asked for, and occasional service notices.
To understand what’s working on the site and improve it.
To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your email list. We do not share your data with advertisers for their own marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed, and only with service providers that help us run the business:

Payment processing — Whop
Email delivery — Netlify Forms (signup capture)
Community hosting — Discord
Website hosting and analytics — Netlify

We may also disclose information if legally required, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

6. Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function, plus analytics if enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. [If you add advertising or retargeting pixels later, you must update this section and will likely need a consent banner.]

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons — typically 7 years for tax and payment records. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except where we’re legally required to keep it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing at any time. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To make a request, email support@vegas-buster.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and the site is served over HTTPS. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This Service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
